I transferred and promoted to the Probation department as an Accounting Technician, on 6/14/2010. My current position is an Agency Staff Services Analyst II. Before that I have worked in the private sector starting with Record Searchlight for 17 years, and Moss Lumber for 13 years.

Steve Allen started Local 792 in June 1995. He was appointed as the first Business Manager by LiUNA Vice President Max Warren. Robert is in his 28th year as a professional State Certified Journeyman Mechanic. He currently holds the title of Fleet Maintenance Worker III and Fire Mechanic III/Master Mechanic at the City of Milpitas. Prior to joining the City of Milpitas 18 years ago, Robert was employed by Transportation Design Manufacturing (TDM) as a Junior Engineer/Program Manager working on their alternative fuel and electric vehicle program. What launched Roberts union leadership participation was becoming Shop Steward for the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers Local 1101 (IAMAW) over 20 years ago. Since then he's held various union leadership roles through his career. To present he is in his third term as President for the Milpitas Employee Association (MEA) and is also an Executive Board Member with UPEC 792, Santa Clara region.

Cindy Walton joined UPEC in November 2013. Cindy was raised in Redding CA. She lived in Germany for 10 years and in San Francisco for 5 years before moving back to Redding in 2001.
Cindy has over 30 years experience in Customer Service, A/R, A/P as well as a wide range of administrative skills and has a long history of working and managing in an office environment.
