Following a strike in 2013 resulting in a 2% salary increase and an impasse in 2014 with no salary increase, the Shasta County Superior Court General Unit negotiated a one year MOU that provides an immediate 2.5% salary increase and increases in medical paid by the Court:
Employee - $41.40 per month increase to $4676
Employee +1 - $81.50 per month increase to $897
Family - $105 per month to $1159
The parties increased opt out to $300 and agreed no evidence of other insurance will be needed to opt out.
