    Your Diet/Your Lifestyle/Your Supplements: 

    1. Increase consumption of fruits and vegetables. Specific to cancer, these foods contain powerful compounds that have been shown to enhance immunity, reduce inflamation, and directly kill cancer cells. 
    2. Eath organic whenver possible. Research demonstrest that organic food contain fewer harmful pesticidies and have more antioxidant activity. 
    3. Replace processed foods with whole foods. Highly processed foods often have fewer nutrients, added fat and/or sugar, and can contain harmful ingredients. 
    4. Focus on "Good" fats. Increase your consumption of healthy fats such as olive and coconut oil, wild-caught fish, nuts, and avocados, while reducing your consumption of trans fat, which is often listed onfood labels as Partially Hydrogenated Oil.
    5. Get 7-8 hours of sleep a night. 
    6. Get moving. Frequecy of excercise is important not duration. Being sedentary increases cancer risk as much as smoking does. Move 2-3 hours throughout the day. 
    7. Manage stress. Look at stress as a good thing for your body. It is how you look at the situations around you. Yoga, journaling, wood working, dancing and singing all aid in lowering stress levels. 
    8. Vitamin D. 
    9. Omega-3s. 
    10. Synbiotic. Pro-biotic/Pre-biotics
