WEAVERVILLE, CA – Trinity Superior Court and UPEC Local 792 Court General, Professional and Supervisory Units settled yesterday on new contracts. UPEC Local 792 Labor Relations Manager Steve Allen negotiated both deals for the Trinity Superior Court employees.
The General Unit settled for an additional personal holiday, re-opener on medical insurance, 3% increase effective March 1, 2017 and a 2% increase November 1, 2017. Longevity pay after 15 years of service at 2% and 20 years an additional 2%.
The Professional and Supervisory Unit received an additional personal holiday, 3% increase effective March 1, 2017 and a 2% increase November 1, 2017. The Court also agreed to increase the Court Services Supervisor’s wages by 1^ March 1, 2017 in addition to the general increases. Longevity pay after 15 years of service at 2% and 20 years an additional 2%.
