This section is where you can download signup forms for all the various units UPEC 792 represents. We have updated the form to be able to use for all units. Please fill out the form, print, sign and send it back to us by mail or email. 

Remember, if you want to be a voting member and take part in the decisions of the Union, you must check the box indicating you want to be a full dues paying member. If you are already signed up as a fee payer, you can resubmit this form to change to become a full member.
